We currently have one kitten available, although he is a special needs cat (he is sight-impaired) – please contact us for more information or to join our waiting list.

Our next litter is planned planned for late early 2024, and we expect to be having both a Cheetoh litter and an Ocicat litter around that time.

Thinking of buying a kitten?

First and foremost: Please remember that purchasing a kitten is a long term decision. When you adopt a kitten you must be aware that you are likely to have this animal for 12, 13, 14 or more years. They are not a toy. You can’t purchase a kitten and then get rid of it when it grows up and stops being a kitten.

When you adopt a Sunchaser kitten, you are getting a healthy, friendly, and confident kitten. All of our kittens are sent to their new homes with a kitten pack containing information about the food they’re used to eating, details of their vaccinations, worming treatments, and microchip, a blanket or toy, and information for you on what to expect and how to take care of your new kitty, as well as a written health guarantee. All Sunchaser kittens are vaccinated, microchipped and desexed before being sent home with their new families when they are 12 weeks old.

We prefer to meet people and let them meet our cats before they adopt one of our kittens, so our home is open to visits (please contact us to arrange a time). Prospective buyers can visit their kittens from six weeks of age. We also encourage people to meet with us and meet our cats if they are considering going onto our waiting list to adopt an ocicat, to be sure that the breed is right for them.

If you are located outside of Western Australia, we can arrange transport both interstate and overseas for your kitten.

Ocicats will happily live as indoor only cats. They should not be allowed outdoors except on a leash or in an enclosed cat run. Sunchaser kittens will only be sold to approved, loving homes where they will be kept safely indoors.
